Most of our tour operators provides transfer to and from their tour site, while some   transfers are provided by us.

Yes, it is recommended to take cash. Most of our Certified Partners have a gift shop at the tour site or perform stops long the way where you can purchase pictures, craft, food or souvenirs.

There is a weight restriction of 200-275 lbs for most tours; however, there are some tours that have no weight restriction. Please Contact us at 1-758-721-9668 for more information.

Special Request can be made by filling the special request checklist form. However, if informed Caribbean Tours Agency, cannot guarantee that it will satisfy special requests and we are not responsible if such requests are not met. Caribbean Tours Agency, will however endeavor to make the necessary arrangements which may come at an additional cost.

 Every traveller is responsible for knowing, obeying and complying with the laws and regulations of the destination they have travelled to. Caribbean Tours Agency nor any tour Supplier has any responsibility to inform or warn clients about the destination’s laws and/or regulations.

The Operators of tours, accommodations and transfers are solely responsible for their acts and omissions and Caribbean Tours Agency assumes no responsibility for such acts and omissions, or for any injury, loss, damage, sickness or accidents sustained on any of the third party services offered for sale. Caribbean Tours Agency shall not assume any responsibility for injury, loss or damages to any person that participates in high risk activities. Nor shall Caribbean Tours Agency assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing or other valuables that have not been tendered to authorities for safe keeping.

All tours can be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

The cost of the tour usually includes round trip transfers, entrance to the tour site and lunch depending on the tour chosen.

Yes it does, however this depends on the demand and forecasted weather conditions.

Tour times may range from 1 hour and thirty minutes to nine hours; and depends upon transfer times, which hotel you are staying at, whether there are stops long the way and the tour chosen.

The amount of cash you take is all up to you. U.S. currency is accepted at all tour sites. However, we would recommend avoiding carrying $50us bills and $100us bills which is accepted at the banks but not commonly accepted at site locations.

The practice of tipping is totally up to you. Gratuities are accepted but not expected.

Yes, lockers are available at some locations and may come at an additional cost however, there are some tours which do not have an area to leave personal items. Please see tour FAQ or email us at hello.caribbeantoursagency.com for more information.

Lunch is included for some tours, while other tours have an add on option for lunch or do not offer lunch due to the short tour duration. Please email us at hello@caribbeantoursagency.com or contact us at 1-758-721-9668 for more information.

Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended and swim suits where applicable.

Our Certified Partners have trained and qualified guides on each tour to ensure that you have a fun and safe experience.

Please meet your Island Tour Specialist or driver in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time with your boarding pass or receipt. Your Island Tour Specialist or driver will be dressed in uniform or may have a sign with your name in the lobby.

We have a no refund policy less than 24hrs. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us at 1-758-721-9668 and we will reschedule your tour or book a different tour of the same value for another day.
