Any dissatisfaction regarding your Tour/excursion or travel arrangement must be reported directly to your Tour /excursion or travel host. This gives your host time to resolve matters to your satisfaction on site. In the unlikely event that no solution is found, you must communicate your dissatisfaction to us within 15 days of your return from holiday – complaints received outside of this period cannot be entertained.

There may be circumstances when travelers require special needs or assistance to enable them to have an enjoyable holiday. This could include assistance with a particular medical condition, dietary arrangements or mobility needs. we ask customers with special requests to complete our CTA checklist form ß– hyperlink to form prior to making a confirmed booking so that we can check availability with travel suppliers or tour operators for your requested interest.

Important Notice: Whilst the Company will use its best endeavors to accommodate such requests, it does not guarantee that it always can. However, If you’re travelling by plane or ship you should provide information about your needs at least 48 hours prior you travel and preferably at time of booking, especially if you are planning on taking your own wheelchair or an assistance dog.  If informed at the requested time, we will endeavor to make the necessary arrangements, however this may come at an additional cost.

This agreement is governed by the laws of St. Lucia. Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in St. Lucia, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website.

The client agrees that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between the client and Caribbean Tours Agency a result of this agreement or use of this Web site.

Caribbean Tours Agency performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Caribbean Tours Agency right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the client’s use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Caribbean Tours Agency with respect to such use.
